Returns Policy


MCRAES is committed to providing quality products and service to our customers. We hope you will love what you have ordered, but if something is not correct, please let us know. We offer a 100% money back service on all purchases from our website. If you receive an item and you are not 100% happy with the fit you can return the item (s) to us within 14 days for a full refund.

Please notify us by email within 7 days of receipt at that you intend to exchange or return so we know which items are coming back to us and to give us time to arrange or exchange if possible.

We are happy to exchange or refund any item purchased online, as long as long as it received back to us in original condition, unworn, unwashed and with original labels attached within 14 days of receipt and we will refund or exchange it for you.

Footwear purchases may be returned for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving delivery, provided the shoes have not been worn or damaged in any way. The shoe box and packing must be in the original condition.

Once the returns are received and approved in accordance with the above policy the refund will be processed to the original method of payment. 

If the conditions of this returns policy are not met, a refund may be declined. This should only occur if the product does not arrive with original labels attached and/or in original condition, if the product is damaged or is outside of the return’s framework.

If you need to exchange an item, your first exchange will be delivered free, however any exchange thereafter will incur a delivery cost charged at normal rates.

We recommend that your parcel is sent by a traceable method as we cannot accept responsibility for items that do not reach us. MCRAES is not liable for the loss of an item which is being returned, so please securely package and return using registered mail.

Please note this returns policy is only relevant to items purchased online, not in store. In store, you have the option to try before you buy.
