We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours during normal business hours. While we cannot guarantee delivery times, your parcel will normally be delivered in New Zealand within 2-3 days from dispatch (rural deliveries may take longer). We use couriers which have a traceable service and will require a signature. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation which includes a tracking number for your order.

If a signature is received from the address (it may be someone other than yourself) then it is evidence of delivery and fulfillment of your order.

Unfortunately we are unable to delivery to PO Boxes. If you have a rural address, a signature is not required for delivery. Please allow an extra day for rural delivery.

If your order has not been delivered within 4 days of receiving the shipping confirmation please refer to that email to track the delivery. Alternatively,  please contact us at info@www.mcraes.co.nz and we will track and if need be chase the delivery for you.

New Zealand Delivery

If your order is over $100 delivery is free, otherwise we charge a delivery fee of $5.00 (NZD). This delivery charge covers packaging, shipping and insurance.

Click and Collect
We also offer a Click and Collect service. Orders received before 10.00am will be available to collect between 12.00pm and 2.00pm on the same day (Monday to Friday). Any order received after 10.00am will be available to collect the next business day (Monday to Thursday).  Please note Click and Collect is not currently available on a Saturday or Sunday.
